To respect our groomers’ time and allow us to serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made
at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled within this window will be subject to a
$25 late cancellation fee. We also charge a
late pick-up fee of $20. If your dog is not picked up by closing, there is a
$50 overnight fee.
