Perched on a quiet hilltop along a scenic stretch of Old Franklin Turnpike, our facility offers peaceful surroundings and beautiful views of the rolling countryside. Just minutes from Smith Mountain Lake, we’re a convenient stop for both local residents and visiting pet owners.

Cancellation & Late Pick-Up Policy

To respect our groomers’ time and allow us to serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments not canceled within this window will be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.  We also charge a late pick-up fee of $20.  If your dog is not picked up by closing, there is a $50 overnight fee.
